I found the hotel to be a great value for my needs, especially at less than 150 rmb per day. The rooms had a fridge and a simple cooking set, which was quite handy. However, the humidity marks on the walls were a bit off-putting, and the noise from nearby construction made it less than ideal. The proximity to the beach and the many surrounding restaurants was definitely a plus, and the management staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.
